Breastmilk/ cremation/ DIY kit / custom order related products

Please note that due to the custom nature and hygiene considerations of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part. We take great care to ensure the quality of every item, conducting a thorough check before shipment. If you discover any errors in your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to obtain return information.

Upon return, items will undergo inspection, and a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. AXC Design & Co. reserves the right to reject returned products that have been worn, are not in their original condition, or have been altered in any way. Ensure all packaging is included in your return. Additionally:

  • Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, with original packaging and tag attached.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, please obtain a tracking number and share it with us once the return has been shipped.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Opened/used DIY kits are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All sale items, earrings, and custom orders are final sale, with no exchanges or refunds accepted.

Ring Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges on select rings for a small shipping fee. If you need a size exchange, please contact us within 7days of delivery. Exchanges can only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The ring must be in its original condition, with the original tag still attached.
  • The ring must not have been worn or altered in any way.
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

 

Other Solid 18K Products

All of our solid 18K gold jewelry is made to order and is therefore non-returnable. For rings, we do offer resizing services for an additional fee. If you need assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll do our best to help!

 

Other Solid Silver Products

We carefully inspect each product before shipment. If you believe an error has occurred and would like to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In order for a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, with original packaging, tag attached and packaging. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, please obtain a tracking number and share it with us once the return has been shipped.

  • Sale items, earrings, and custom orders — these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Process

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to obtain confirmation of eligibility. Once eligibility is confirmed, return the item(s) to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

We aim to process returns within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your package. Once your return is approved, and a refund is issued, we will send you a refund receipt via email. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the funds back to your account.
